Common pricing questions
How does event counting work?
Each accepted agent action creates one witnessed event. Usage is measured monthly across every agent in the organization and resets at the start of the next billing period.
Can I verify without trusting RANKIGI servers?
Yes. RANKIGI evidence is designed for independent verification. Exported chains include the records and hashes needed to recompute integrity offline with verify.py.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your proof bundles before cancellation. After termination, retained records follow the deletion and retention terms for your applicable subscription tier.
Is RANKIGI HIPAA compliant?
Enterprise customers can request a HIPAA BAA (controls implemented). RANKIGI supports HIPAA audit review, but customers remain responsible for configuring their agents and submissions appropriately.
What is the difference between the CLI and the dashboard?
The CLI enrolls agents and submits proof events from developer workflows. The dashboard is where teams review chains, exports, receipts, compliance status, and evidence packages.
How does the free tier differ from Pro?
Free is for one agent and basic verification. Pro adds team-scale volume, exports, receipts, RCR credibility scanning, public anchoring, timestamping, webhooks, and email support.
